Dear Plus, I have attached two images that might assist in resolving the ongoing issue of ASB 19914; the two guys in the images (the van has a registration of AJ10 DKD) were innocently installing fibre-optic cable, apparently, when my neighbour indulged in some more of his typical, vulgar, threatening behaviour, on Chapel Street DY9, which included the phrase "I'll put your f***ing lights out" - also witnessed by DMBC employee 'Ian', the local street cleaning operative. This may be only the second time this year (excluding a car-trip to the Museum for an inoculation) that I have ventured out onto the local streets, in daylight, and both times I have come across 'Frothy' (Philip Bradley, 157 High Street Lye Village Stourbridge DY9 8LT) with 'is dog; a keenness on my part to avoid a confrontation has still resulted in much shouting across the street on the first occasion (which may or may not have included abuse and threats) and this morning's clear sequence of vulgarities and threats.  This character, evidently a psychopath, may also be possessed of a unique form of madness; I was again this morning engaged on rubbish clearance and a litter-pick (in which dog excrement was again encountered on High Street) of 'is shared 'back-yard' (Connops Way) and 'is shared 'frontage' (the High Street) - extraordinary! Can anything be done about my mean, indulgent, chaotic neighbours? DAustin, Old Indignant of The Lye, The Last Civilised Man
